Samplings: A selected offering of antique samplers and needlework ~ Volume XXIV from M. Finkel & Daughter

This volume of Samplings presents 40 samplers and needlework pictures dating from 1668 to 1890, each photographed in full color. The samplers are all described and include name, location and date (if known), a historical discussion of the background of the sampler (if known) and/or an extensive discussion of the type of sampler.
