Ordering Information
Processing: Orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. Due to the popularity of purchasing books online and the nature of carrying used books, a book may not be available once your order is received. I will make every effort to remove previously purchased books from the site in a timely manner; however, should you purchase a book which has been sold, I will contact you with the option of receiving a credit on account or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Due to the high demand of used and out-of-print books, I highly recommend that you utilize the shopping cart on the website to submit your order. Once you have made your selection(s) on the website, the shopping cart will collect your information and you may select the check/money order button on the payment page. This will allow me to pull and reserve your order pending receipt of payment. Your order will be held seven (7) days pending the arrival of your payment. If you decide that you no longer wish to purchase the books you selected, please let me know via email. I am happy to offer this option for my customers who choose this method of payment; however, due to the increasing number of orders submitted and pulled, but never paid for, I will not be able to continue offering the option should this practice continue. If your payment will be later than the allotted time, please simply let me know. I am happy to work with you.

You may also call me with your order at (336)961-6715. I would prefer that you utilize the shopping cart to gather and email your order to me prior to calling with your credit card information. Simply fill your cart, mark that you will phone your information and submit! This will enable you to know your shipping charges, etc. prior to calling.
Shipping Information
Shipping:
Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart based on the number of books/items in your order. Following are the shipping charges for the different options:
Shipment within the US: $3.75 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book. The items on the website that do not adhere to these shipping charges are clearly marked at the top of the page with the alternate shipping charges explained.
Shipment to Canada: $9.50 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book.
International shipping: $14.50 for the first book and
$12.50 for each additional book. All
domestic shipping will be processed via Media Mail through the US Postal Service.
All orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours whenever possible. This has not been a problem thus far, however, as the website continues to grow, it may be that during especially busy times I am unable to stay within this estimate. I will assure you that orders are processed in the order that they are received and each order is given my complete attention. If I see that orders may be delayed past two business days after receipt, I will contact you and let you know.
Notes regarding shipping outside of the continental US:
Due to the recent shipping rate changes for international mailing, I realize that it is very expensive for items to be shipped. If you are purchasing a single title, please be aware that I may be able to ship your item using the flat-rate Priority envelope provided by the US Postal service. They also provide a flat-rate Priority box which can be used to mail several items (Rates vary by destination). Please feel free to contact me prior to ordering if you would like to see if your shipment would qualify for one of these services.
Although I am happy to provide estimated delivery times (which are obtained from the USPS), please be aware that I have no control over the amount of time it takes for a package to reach an international destination. The estimated delivery times provided do not include any of the time that your order may be held up in customs. Most priority packages give a delivery estimate of 6 - 10 days (not including customs).
Please note: International shipments are sent at the purchaser's own risk. Shipments going to other countries are not insured (unless specifically requested and paid for) and can only be tracked until they leave US customs. We cannot be responsible for lost merchandise; however, we have many international customers and have successfully shipped orders all over the world.
Customs labels: We are required to note the US dollar value of merchandise contained in your order. We strictly abide by this requirement.
