We are happy to answer any and all questions that you may have.

We can be reached via telephone at (336)499-5632. Our scheduled office hours are Monday through Thursday from 10 am until 8 pm EST. Of course, we are subject to be out running to the post office or purchasing supplies at any time. If you call and we don't answer, please leave a message and we will return your phone call as soon as possible. In order that we don't accidentally call and get someone out of bed because of differences in time zones, we return phone calls between the hours of 12 noon and 5 pm. (Yes, I've accidentally done that and although the customer was excited about her purchase, I am not sure she was THAT excited!)

We can be reached via email at paige@themadsamplar.com. We answer emails in the order that they are received and try to respond to all emails within 48 hours. Most are answered the same day.
